The Roots Run Deep In This Family Tree

Welcome to the the Man Made Hand Made Cajun T’fer family, where the love of music, culture, and tradition combine through a unique instrument, and is proudly shared around the world.

History comes alive in this wonderful demonstration when two extraordinary Louisiana musicians, Yvette Landry & Jourdan Thibodeaux, join forces and give a taste of Cajun music and culture to the Discovery Series “RV There Yet?” at Cyprus Cove Landing in Breaux Bridge.

A single fiddle accompanied by the percussion of a Man Made Hand Made Cajun T’fer brings to life the tune “Blue Runner” in this episode. I’m thrilled to see my “Little Iron”, hand-forged from a century-old piece of hay-tine steel , ringing out so proudly in the bayou of Louisiana. (Media courtesy of the series “RV There Yet?“)
